CHURCH OF ST. PHILIP AND JACOB [ Kostel nebo katedrála ]

The Gothic church of St. Philip and Jacob with a wooden roof creates a significant dominating feature which cannot be overlooked. The interior of the church is Baroque and original wall paintings on the walls have been restored. These were accidentally discovered under calcareous plaster in 1992. The unique wall paintings have been listed in the programme for protection and preservation of cultural heritage "Ten Gems of the Podblanicko Region”.
